Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • Claim Under 7 Days After Deliver
  • Damaged Product Received
  • Wrong Product Received
  • Missing Item Received

Condition of the Returned Item:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Ensure all tags and labels are intact.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • ⚡🚀 Rush Delivery 🚀⚡ Orders are not Eligible for Return
  • There is NO RETURN, NO REFUND,  NO EXCHANGE on customized and personalized products as it is made on order just for you.

Replacement/Exchange:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Our team will assess the damage and guide you through the return/exchange process.

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the cancellation process.
  • Once ordered item is shipped, Cancellation can not be happen.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Urbanuphaar.shop@gmail.com.

Note -

  • If you receive the wrong product, please inform us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
  • In the rare instance of a missing item, please report it within 3 days of delivery. We will investigate and send the missing item promptly.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the order and inspect the products upon delivery.
